RutaVaLa™ is a calming blend of Ruta, Valerian, and Lavender that promotes feelings of relaxation when diffused.
Suggested Uses
APPLICATIONS
- Apply RutaVaLa essential oil blend on the back of neck, base of spine, the feet, or just under the nose before bed to overcome negative feelings and lull the mind into a sense of comfort.
DIRECTIONS
- Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ or olive oil and apply to desired area as needed.
- Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dark place.
